Merger Update - latest

The Boards of IMB and Community Alliance Credit Union (which includes Unicom Credit Union) have announced today that proposed merger discussions have formally ceased.

Despite extensive due diligence over the past few months both parties have agreed to cease merger discussions due to key operational issues.

Both organisations will continue to have ongoing discussions to explore a number of longer term synergies apart from the merger whilst remaining focused on supporting the local community and delivering great service to their respective members.
