2nd Factor Authentication

The Credit Union has recently introduced 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA) providing members with more peace of mind by offering an additional layer of security for Internet Banking transactions.

This means that members now have the option to be notified via SMS of any new BPay® or Pay Anyone transactions that have been set up and also when amendments to existing payment details are made.

BPay® Limits

From Wednesday 28th October 2009, your credit union will also be amending each member’s transaction limit for BPay® payments to $5,000.00 per day.

This is an additional security function being introduced to reduce the level of risk should your banking details be comprised and a fraudulent transaction happen on your account.
